As the Church continues its struggle
against the Obama administration’s HHS mandate, the President has reaffirmed
his commitment to it. We have seen some
victories and some defeats thus far. And
if Mr. Obama wins in November, we will be at the mercy of the courts.
Our bishops have been faithfully
fighting this battle and have relied on the efforts of the laity as well. Archbishop James Conley of Denver suggests,
at the link below, that it is time for all of us to be even more engaged.
