Link – Does the President Know Who We Are?
Over the centuries many political leaders have sought to destroy the Catholic Church, from Nero and Julian the Apostate, to Joseph Stalin and Adolph Hitler. The Church has been persecuted for much of her history and in much of the world. David Catron’s article at the link below suggests that President Obama doesn’t really know who he’s picked a fight with in this attack concerning the HHS mandate. Mr. Obama has targeted not only Catholics, but has drawn the ire of many Christian and non-Christian groups alike. I love the quote of Archbishop Dolan, the head of the USCCB: “We did not ask for this fight, but we will not run from it.”
